Our Holland Central School district is currently undergoing teacher salary negotiations. i am not a teacher or related to one. where do i get salary comparisons for the teachers in my district compared to similarly sized districts in my area of wny? i tried the comparison feature but i dont know which schools are the same size, etc.

Our BOE members are posting information that our teachers are the highest paid, and our cost p pupil is the highest yet we dont even have a football team or other fancy expensive programs , how can this be?
