I am looking for ideas that will provide a reasonable way to accomplish good financial planning for the Town of Mendon. The Town has one Village (Honeoye Falls), two Fire (District/Protection District) entities, several water districts, and a few lighting districts. In addition, there are several Capital Improvement Projects (new Library Building, expanding Highway building, replacing Highway equipment, upgrading Town Hall and Community Center, etc.).
