This SeeThroughNY section provides a database of names, positions and salaries for more than 1,000,000 individuals who have been employed by New York State, New York City, state and regional public authorities, and public school districts. Use the form below to search the payrolls by Name, Position, Branch or Major Category, Agency and Subagency.
Search results are presented in groups of 20. Results can be sorted in alphabetical or numerical order by clicking on the column heading. The number of results presented on a page can be expanded by adjusting the number in the "Results per Page" box at the bottom of the search form. Click on the plus sign (“+”) beside an employee’s name for further information made available as part of the payroll. Click symbols at bottom left of search results box to download results in the form of an Excel ("xls") spreadsheet or Comma Separated Values ("csv") file.For payroll data notes click here.
